Outlook 2007 Menu's

I running outlook 2007 and the menus ( file, tools etc) across the very top
have disappeared I've tried several things to have them re-appear without
success. I've tried right clicking, repair etc without joy.

Please help

Locate outcmd.dat and rename it to .old when Outlook is closed. This will
reset the Toolbar.

Make sure you include hidden files/folders in your search.
