Hi,
Outlook 2007 initially installed fine until I tried to save a new
appointment, at which point it crashed and told me there was an error. I had
also downloaded the recommended windows 4 search engine. I repaired the set
up, shut down etc. Outlook 2007 had disappeared - it wasn't showing in my
programmes or in a search for outlook.exe. Even worse was the fact that a
generic 'e mail' icon had appeared in my start menu which led to the internet
optios set up. Outlook was not available as an option under the setting for
email programmes
I have uninstalled, reinstalled, repaired etc for the last 6 hours and still
no outlook 2007 and no way to access my emails.
Windows diagnostics found no problems.
This is the 1st time in 20 years that I have found myself weeping over my
keyboard. Any ideas?
