Outlook 2007 meeting request email saving

I have recently switched over to Outlook 2007. When I receive an email for a
meeting request and then accept it, the email gets immediately put into the
deleted folders. I would like to save these email meeting requests, so how
can I do this?
I recall this occuring in Outlook 2003, but somehow I figured out how to
allow the emails to be saved. I can't remember what I did to allow this
though.

Disable the option to delete the requests. Tools>Options>Email
Options>Advanced E-mail Options is where it is in OL 2003. I don't have
access to OL 2007 right now to check that, but it wouldn't surprise me if
it's similar.
