Outlook 2007 Lockout

Outlook 2007 keeps locking up and will not even start in safe mode. There
are 6 outgoing emails that somehow were brought over from an old computer.
These emails have attachments that are way too large and lock up the program.
I have tried to delete them from Outlook but it stopped responding and now I
cannot access Outlook at all. Is there any other way to remove these file
from the outgong mail box? Can anyone help on this?
