Unable to delete a outgoing message 396 MB?

Please tell me how and where to delete the data file for this outgoing email
or what other alternatives there might be. This is one outgoing email @ 396
MB zipped file attached to the email. I have uninstalled and reinstalled
Microsoft Office 2007 hoping it would erase all incoming and outgong messages
but it didn't work. I have deleted the zipped file but it continues to try
to send it. I have changed the receive/send settings to 60 minutes but it
attempts to send it soon as I open Outlook 2007. It hangs up the whole
system because of this email. Anyway, any help is very much appreciated.

Try File | Work Offline and then delete it from your Outbox.
