Outlook 2007 is too slow.

Hello Everyone.
My Outlook 2007 is too slow! When I open or close it , it takes a long time! Someone tell me it is caused by much more add-ins. How can I disable them.

And do you have some suggestion about taking Outlook 2007 faster? :)
But when I use Trust Center, some added-ins can not be disabled.

There are a lot of things. But mostly the addins cause the problem. You might
be required to disable any antivirus/ firewall/ email scanner integration
with outlook as addins. While these are running it might not disable. So try
uninstalling or completely disabling these addins.

You can verify it by start->run-> key in outlook /safe . If this works, it
is a problem of addins. Remove any addin you see. You should be able to
remove all addins if you go to the safe mode of windows.
