Outlook 2007 forwards html messages in plain text?

Is this a bug with Outlook 2007? When I forward an email that has been
formatted in html,
it changes to plain text in the forwarded message. I can change it back to
html, but all the
links are not highlighted. Very frustrating!

Check if the outlook is configured to HTML message format...
To do this perform the following steps
