forward html message in html format instead of plain text

when I attempt to forward html message, the message is changed to plain text.
How do I keep html format in forwarded message

this is only with some.... not all.

Go into your Outlook contacts folder and open one of the contacts who you are
having trouble with. Double-click the e-mail address and make sure that
Outlook is set to choose the sending format, and not to always send to that
contact in plain text.
