Replies and forwards appear as Plain Text

ALthough I have emails set as HTML, often (not always) when I reply or
forward a message it appears as plain text. When I create a new message, it
always appears as HTML.

Any ideas?

I have the same issue too on my computer running Outlook 2007 but not on the
one running 2003. I'm looking forward to hearing why!
