Outlook 2007 - Forwarded attachements missing

When I forward e-mails with an attachement the recipients don't receive the
attachemet. The file size of the e-mail however suggests that the attachement
is includded it's just not showing anywhere.
 
I also noticed that if the original message is in plain text format,
attachments are received correctly when forwarded.
