How do I get NON-MICROSOFT E-mail client attachments, forwards.?

Not able to receive NON_MICROSOFT E-mail client attachment sor forwards in my
Outlook mail. No AOL, Yahoo attachments or forwards only Microsoft E-mail
client attachments and forwards.

what exactly happens? are they removed, not present, can't open them or
something else?
