Outlook 2007- Format message as text?

Hi,
Outlook 03 had Edit message and then "Format as Text" (as opposed to "Format
as HTML") in the Format menu. I do not seem to find it in 2007.

Outlook 03 had Edit message and then "Format as Text" (as opposed to
"Format as HTML") in the Format menu. I do not seem to find it in 2007.

I'm not at my Outlook 2007 system right now so don't recall the name of the
menu, but I believe it's the second to the last menu (from left to right) on
a compose window. Click that and you'll see a chunk in the ribbon that
contains a "Plain Text" button.

It's under the Options Tab in a New Message Window...
