Outlook 2007 - Exporting a contact's name & address to word 07

In the old version of Outlook you could simply highlight the contact and
click on New Letter to Contact and it would automatically import the name and
address to a new
Word document. How can this be done in the new version?

Yes but it's done the opposite way. In Word add the Addressbook icon to your
QAT (Quick Action Toolbar) and then insert the address in a new document.

Finally figured out how to add the Icon and it works great. Maybe you can
help me with one other problem. When I am in Word and click on Mailings and
then Envelope and select a contact by using the Address Book the person's
Company does not show up in the resulting address. Any suggestions on how to
fix this.

Many thanks.

In Word, click on the arrow to the right of the QAT. Select "More Commands".
In the drop-down box that says "Choose Commands From" select "All Commands".
Scroll down to "Addressbook" and click "Add" in-between the two panes.

The only way I've found to fix this is to add the Contact's company into the
main address field rather than the Company field....
