I was attempting to change my Junk Email handling on my Outlook 2007 client
(which is running in Exchanged Cached Mode). When I go to
Tools>Options>Preferences, I don't see a Junk Email Options button. I should
also be able to go to Actions>Junk Email>Junk Email Options, but when I go
there, I don't get an option on the cascading menus of "Junk Email". I do
have a Junk Email folder in my Outlook view, but I'm stumped as to where to
look to next. Any ideas?

Hi Diane,

I'm the network admin and I don't have any GPO's in place to prevent the
Junk Email Filter from showing up.

Is your company using group policies? If so, they can lock down options and
prevent you from changing them.

So you are using outlook 2007 and don't have the junk button on the
preferences tab or on the action menu? Did you try detect and repair? Does
your antivirus install an addin that mighta blocked it?
