Outlook 2007 Embed emails

My staff often crafts emails for me to send...in old Outlook I could go to
Options/Actions and forward it, thus making the "send/email" button active.

We adopted Outlook 2007 very recently...and I can not figure out how to send
the emails crafted by my staff. Does anyone know how to do this (other than
creating a new email and cut pasting all the info)?

Drag and drop the attached item to your Drafts folder. You can send it from
there.

Thanks! I also found that I can go to "Customize Tool Bar" and then select
"More Commands" and Choose the "Message Tab" from the Choose command from
pull-down menu and finally select "Actions". When I add that to my Quick
Access Tool Bar I get the Actions' star and a "Forward" button to the left.
When I click on the "Forward" button, the "Send" Button becomes hot and I can
send the email.

Yes, but a forward is not the same as sending the original draft. This could
affect formatting.
