Outlook 2007 Crashes

I have a brand new PC running Vista Ultimate & Office SBE 2007.
Every time I close Microsoft Outlook I get an error message (see details
below).
Occasional Outlook will hang when open as well.
Any ideas what it could be? My PC is less than 1 week old? I'm seriously
confused.

Have you tried updating your system? Sometimes it's just some patches
that need to be applied to fix this sort of problems. Recently I had a
problem with installing Office2007 because of some errors so I
installed all the updates and then tried again and it worked just
fine.
