Outlook 2007 crashes when I click the rules wizard

Every time I click on the rules and alerts button Outlook 2007 crashes and
restarts. It was working fine several weeks ago and I am not sure if some
patch or update sent out by MSFT caused the problem.
 
Hi Bill ... I'm having the exact same problem after upgrading from 2003 to
2007. I haven't found an answer yet, so I'm just monitoring your thread ...
