I just purchased MS Office Professional with Outlook 2007 (with Business
Contact Manager) and while I can send e-mails, I have not been able to
receive e-mails. Have discussed this with my ISP and they thought maybe
Outlook needed to be reformatted and that I needed a link from MS to do that.
I am able to receive e-mail via the ISP website.
