Outlook 2007 cached mode cannot rename subfolders in resource mail

Symptoms - Outlook 2007 cached mode, users with Owner rights can create
folders, move some emails around but having problems to rename folders and
move private items between folders. The changes of renaming got reverted back
after an hour or so.

Server is Exchange 2003 enterprise.

Never seen it with Outlook 2003 cached mode.

Found a 'fix' for it.

Tools->Account Settings->Double click account->More Settings->Advanced
tab->Uncheck 'Download shared folders'
