Outlook 2007 Beta 2 CRASHING ALL THE TIME

Not sure if it is something with my system in particular, but Outlook 2007
Beta 2 is crashing on me ALL the time. When i try to reply to an email, it
crashes. When i hit enter to open an email, it crashes. When i try to
create a new email, it crashes. I sneeze, it crashes.

Has anyone else been experiencing non-stop crashes? THis is getting to be
extremely annoying already. I understand its a Beta but this is just
ridiculous.
Anyone think it might be some sort of compatibility with my system? Outlook
2003 worked perfectly and never crashed on me.

Are you using McAfee Antivirus?
Seems there may be a compatibility issue with McAfee that MS became aware of
: included is response from MS over this issue:
The issue you're running into is a 'high-hitter' in the B2 data. MCMAPI.DLL
appears to be a McAfee DLL, so could be an incompatibility issue. This bug
was filed today, so we do not have any more information yet.

When we do, an Outlook Support Engineer will contact you.

Debbie

It is causing me to crash continuously, so at least they've got a handle on
it now. This I guess; would only be applicable if you are using McAfee;as I
am.

Remove the Outlook & Office add-ins of Adobe Acrobat Pro 6/7 (not the
reader). Go to control panel, add/remove programs and modify adobe
acrobat pro.

I went to tools/trust center. At the bottom of the screen, you'll see com
ad-ins available. I unclicked Adobe PDF. Fingers crossed, no more crashes.
I was nearly about to uninstall and give up. If this is your problem, I
hope it helps.

Hi,
On a related note;that seems to have solved my problem with McAfee
causing crashes;also-after I unchecked McAfee in the ad-in mngr-Outlook 2007
settled down and is behaving normally
