Outlook 2007 Autoformat doesn't work

When I used the trial, I had autoformatting. I installed the full version and
all autoformat features are greyed out.

How can I get autoformatting?

I emailed Microsoft, but they just emailed me to pay for technical support
or try here. Frustrating...as the product is NOT working as the trial
did...not working as they claimed. Can anyone help?

If you purchased a retail copy of Office (or Outlook), it comes with 90 days
of free support. You should be able to call Microsoft and have them help
you with your problem.
