Bill Sullivan

Outlook ceased displaying inbound messages in HTML and
converts to plain text. Please advise how to restore
this function for messages inbound to mailbox. If
possible would like this to be default as opposed to
selecting messages one at a time.

you can select HTML under TOOLS > OPTIONS > MAIL FORMAT

Thanks - that does change the outbound fomrat - but has
no impact on messages received in the mailbox that were
formated in HTML and appear now as plain text. It is a
puzzler...
