Outlook 2003

I would rather use Outlook instead of Outlook Express.
However, when I try to use Outlook a message comes up
saying "the object could not be found"

When I test my settings in Outlook everything checks out
fine, but the test e-mail is sent and received through
Express not Outlook.

So far I have unistalled then installed; and redid my
connection set-up and profile in Outlook w/the same
results.

I use the exact same settings for Outlook as I do for
Outlook Express and Express works fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When you set up your accounts, did you use the Test Account Settings option?
If yes, what error messages did you get?

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, MFT asked:

Which object does the message name?

No, it's sent through Outlook. It's received through Outlook Express
because you have Outlook Express configured to receive mail (and probably
remove it from the server). Turn off Outlook Express and it won't receive
the message.
