Outlook 2003 w/Outlook Express

I would rather use Outlook instead of Outlook Express.

However, when I try to use Outlook a message came up
saying the object could not be found"

So I unistalled then installed; redid my connection set-
up and profile and now I can open Outlook and do
everything EXCEPT send/receive. There is no response at
all.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

thank you.

When you set up your accounts, did you use the Test Account Settings option?
If yes, what error messages did you get?

Hi Milly:

Well now the send/receive button works BUT when I
did "test settings" everything was fine except when the
test e-mail is sent. It still won't work.

I use the exact same settings for Outlook as I do for
Outlook Express and Express works fine.
