I cannot see what I am typing unless I hit the "Font Color" button. It looks
like I am typing an invisible message. How can I get Outlook back to
recognizing what I type?
Also, my "Unread" button went away in my Favorites folder. How do I restore
it and the count of unread emails?

Have you set the default font to be white?
