Outlook 2003

Can't open Outlook 2003. I get message "Cannot start Outlook 2003, MAP132.DLL
is corrupt or the wrong version. This could have been caused by installing
other messaging software. Please reinstall Outlook"
All other Office 2003 open!

After furious head scratching, Boghound asked:
