The PFBackup utility from Microsoft is a good tool to have. You may also

Thanks it worked great, you are a life saverFrom your wife's account, start Outlook and click
Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options>COM Add-Ins>Add. Browse to C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\Addins ("Office10" in this may be
"Office11"), select outbak.dll, and click OK. Stop and restart Outlook.
The Backup command should appear in the File menu after that.
