Can anyone help me? When I get e'mail from a specified person I add it to my
junk senders list in the attempt that the mail from this person will
automatically go in to the Junk Folder. This was working OK but for some
reason is no longer working. I get this mail on a daily basis
 
Is the address in the From field static or changing?
 
Yes in the from field the address is exactly the same each time I receive this.
 
Double check the user's actual email address versus what you have in your
Blocked Senders list. Also, you can try creating a rule specifically to deal
with this particular person's email in the even the Junk E-mail stuff isn't
handling it correctly
 
I have checked the e'mail addresses and they are exactly the same I have
that many addresses in my junk mail list that if I had to set rules for them
all I would be here forever is there any other reasons why the blocking would
stop woring when it has worked oK up to now.
