I just upgraded a client to SBS 2003. As a part of the upgrade we installed
Outlook 2003. This client has Office 2002 on all their pc's. They prefer to
use Word as their email editor, however, went I go to set it on the pc's that
option is not available (it is greyed out). Is there another portion I didn't
installed or is this a compatibility issue? Any ideas would be helpful.
