Outlook 2003 won't send if more than 5 email recipients

I recently upgraded from Outlook 2002 to 2003. All is well except if I try to send an email to more than 5 recipients. The email is sent (it moves to the sent box) but the recipients never receive it. I do not receive any kind of bounce back message. If I send to less than 5 they send fine. If I send it from my web pop account and send to more than 5 it is also fine (therefore I don't think there is no limit by my ISP). Any ideas welcome.
