Outlook 2003 won't run

I have been having problems with Outlook XP then I bought Office 2003
hoping a new install of Outlook would help. I am still having
problems. Now when I run the program I get a message saying to send a
report to Microsoft and restart the program. This happens over and
over and it will not install. I have reloaded the program,
uninstalled it, repaired it, nothing seems to work. It just gets worse
and worse. I'm thinking about buying Eudora Pro and being done with
it.
