Does anyone know if Outlook 2003 can be installed and used with Office XP? I'm bringing up a new server running MS Server 2003 and Exchange 2003, but all of my clients are using Office XP.

Yes, it can, but you won't be able to use Word as email editor or use mail
merge, etc - for that, all versions must match.

Is there a work around for using Office XP Word with Outlook 2003? I
purchased 2003 as a stand alone software and am extremely disappointed with
the inability to have a compatabilty issue. Thanks for your input.

No - office automation requires the same version of Outlook and Office. There is no workaround.

After a lot of head-scratching, Moose asked:
