Outlook 2003 & WinXP Briefcase notebook

I am running Outlook 2003 & XP on my notebook and my main
PC. I have a briefcase setup on my notebook. What should
I drag into my briefcase (on the notebook) from my main
pc? Is it just the main Outlook.pst file, if so where is
it located on my main pc? and what is the best way to add
it to my Notebooks Outlook 2003?
