Outlook 2003 - Where are public folders

I just installed Outlook 2003 and I am connected to a local Exchange Server. There are no Public Folders in the Folder Pane and I can't find a place to add that to the "View

Outlook in Office XP had public folders on the same computer

If you look at the "Folder List" Option near the bottom left, it will be in that section.
