Outlook 2003 - use senders font

I have a user that wants her outlook set up so that when she replies
to an email it will maintain all the font settings and format of the
senders email. Currently when she hits the reply button it overrides
the senders text with other settings.

How do I set it so it uses the senders fonts/formatting and not
override it when she replies?

You may want to look at:
- TOOLS menu
- Select OPTIONS
- Select the MAIL FORMAT tab
- Click the FONTS... button (below Stationery and Fonts)

Notice at the bottom of the Fonts window, the "Stationery
fonts" section. Make sure she has "Use the font specified in
stationery (if specified)" is selected.

This may help, although it does not address the entire issue.
