Outlook 2003: UK -v- USA Spell Check

Every time I spell check an email, it checks in English (US) instead of
English (UK). I've repeatedly checked my settings in TOOLS>OPTIONS>SPELLING
and it's definitely set to English (UK).

Can anyone help me work out how this is occuring and fix it?

Many thanks in advance, cuz "colour", "neighbour" and "travelling" are how I
spell those words and it's most annoying to be told I'm wrong all the time.
;o)

Cheers, Sandy.

Blame Teddy Roosevelt for the first two.

Right, lol, so who do I blame for my Outlook confusion? Any ideas?

I'd love to tell you, but I rarely use spell check in Outlook (and in my
newsreader, as many of my prior posts attest). However, are you using Word
or Outlook's built-in editor for composing?

I'm using WORD as the editor, but the spell check's set to UK in that too.
The strange thing is that it works fine when composing, it only goes all
Americanised in my replies. I just can't work out why!!!
