Alright, I have posted this a few times, but haven't gotten an answer that
works.

Here is the gig. I want to export my contacts to another computer in the
office. we are both running xp pro, and we both have outlook 2003 but not a
Microsoft Exchange Server. Now, I can export a number of ways: comma
separated [dos and windows], tab separated [dos and windows], access, and
excel, or a .pst file. BUT I can only import .vcf or .vcs files. Why would
they make it so you can't import one of the thngs How can I get around that?

Alternate Solution, You can add your .PST to the other computer as a
separate Personal Folders. Once added and available you can simply
move the contents of one folder (.Pst) to another folder. Export, Import
with Outlook should not be a complicated matter.
You use the Mail applet in Control Panel and depending on which Ver.
of Outlook add a new Personal folder and point it to the copy of the .Pst
from the original computer ( Copy it physically to the destination PC).
