Can't find import/export under TOOLS in Outlook 2003

I'm trying to import address book in separated comma file into Outlook 2003,
but there is no import/export option under Tools. Helps!

Sorry. . my brain must have blipped when I wrote that; I meant "file." There
is no "import/export" under file. I already checked the universal language
and it is the same for all Windows.

Run an Add or Remove Features setup from Control Panel and make sure the
"Importers and Exporters" are installed.
