Outlook 2003 - The information store could not be opened

I've tried to delete an imap account, but seems like it left something
below. After restarting Outlook, that account's folder still there,
when I try to close it, it will report with the error "The information
store could not be opened". I try many way, including scanpst, but
still can't remove it. Is there any way I can remove this zombie
folder?
 
try removing the account and all PST files associated with it via the Mail
icon in Control Panel.

And if that doesn't work, you need a new mail profile.
