I created a new form to be used in tasks. I have all the fields
(user-defined) created under the p.2 tab under design form. Is there a way
so that the new fields i created in the form generate columns in the task
current view (detailed list, simple list, etc.)?

Yes, you need to customize the views: Right click on the column headers,
customize, fields.

Michael,
Is there a way to have 1 task have multiple reminders? I have a project
that has milestones that needs to be reached throughout the project. is there
a way to set up a reminder for each milestone?

I think, you need to create one task per milestone. With some VBA coding it
would be thinkable to have it more comfortable, but that wouldn't be just a
few lines.
