Outlook 2003 Syncranization

I am having a problem with Outlook 2003 automatically pulling down new mail
when the Exchange 2003 server gets it. The mail gets forwared to my
Blackberry, but does not come into my inbox unless I hit the send receive
button.

If you are using Windows XP SP2 with the Firewall, make sure outlook is in
the firewall exceptions list.
If you wait a few minutes do the emails show up ?
Is Outlook2003 using cached Exchange mode ?
(You can see that setting in the email accounts configuration area.
