Outlook 2003 suddenly stopped sending to pop/smpt accounts.

Outlook suddenly stopped sending to my charter.net account but will work with
my sbcglobal.net account. Messages come in and go out okay at charter. net
website and also on a different computer at a different location, also using
Outlook 2003.

Under tools/accounts/change/test it indicates that is has found the outgoing
and incoming servers but can't log on. Password, account address and ports
are correct according to Charter technician.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Do you get any error messages when the product tries to do a send/receive
thru Charter?

Do you have a 3rd party security program (e.g. antivirus/firewall) installed
that might be interfering?

Have you tried turning on diagnostic logging to see if Outlook is connecting
to the server?
