outlook 2003 stays on top of new messages

When ever you open a message in outlook, either to read or to compose a new
one, it sends it behind the outlook main screen. If you maximise the main
screen, then restore it to previous siz it works fine until you reboot then
it starts again.

Focus issues are most often caused by your videocard driver. Update it to
the latest or in case you are running the latest already rollback to the
previous.

Nope. The real answer is Plaxo. Uninstall it and your problem will be solved!
