Outlook 2003 sp3 not putting attachments in attach line

I have fully updated office outlook 2003 sp3. When I do an insert file this
outlook places the file in the document and not in an "attachement" line. I
have a 2nd computer with the same version of outlook that places the
attachments in an "attachment" line in the heading. Any Idea what is going
on?

That's because you're composing your message in Rich Text format. Use Plain
Text or HTML instead.
