How do I get my Shared Contacts public folder to be displayed in the
Contacts navigation pane in 2003? I've made sure it is available as an
Outlook Address Book, but the only way I can get to it is by clicking Folder
List, then drilling down through the public folders.

add it to public folder favorites then right-click on it and add to the nav
pane.

That was easy! MS should have made it as simple as drag and drop, in my
opinion. Thanks Diane!
