Outlook 2003 (server edition) show four Contacts Folders and Contacts list
is not available from Address Book,
however can access Contacts List by clicking on the appropriate folder.
Other PCs on the same network Contacts list is available from Address Book.
Any suggestions how to fix this. While typing this message I remembered
from Tools\Address Book\Options I can change some Address Book
configurations but not sure about this one.

Help! Thanks

Outlook has no "server edition." If you don't see the Outlook Address Book
when you click the Address Book button, choose Tools | E-mail Accounts and
add that address book.

This is Outlook used on a microsoft network w/ all mail kept on Exchange
servers;
The exchange address book is on the toolbar, however Outlook Contacts are
not
available from the address book the Contacts folder available from the
Exchange Address
Book is empty, user must go to folder list and choose one of the four
available Contaacts folders

Did you try what I suggested -- adding the Outlook Address Book?

I suspect I'm misunderstanding you because the Address Book that is stored
on the exchange server is there and it includes all of the
lan and wan users that have Exchange accounts, however the Contact List for
that one user is not available from the Address Book
drop down list. There is a Contact List availablle from the drop down list
under address book, but itm is empty.

Repeating:

The Outlook Address Book is a container that exposes the contents of
contacts folders in the address book interface. You can't see contacts
folders as address lists if it is not present in the profile.

It sounds like that user might have a messed up Outlook Address Book. Remove
it from the profile, restart Outlook, and add it back in.
