outlook 2003 send%2freceive button missing

I also do no not have send/receive button. I've tried Brian Tillman's advice
without Jason's success.

Have XP - Home; multiple users - others email accounts ok. Have 'repaired'
office
deleted and created accounts for troubled user. can access accoun t with
outlook express, but want to use outlook 2003.

Describe exactly the steps you took to create your mail profile and your
accounts. State also the type of account you created.
 
What I finally did was go into Control Panel/Mail/Show Profiles and deleted
profile for Outlook and added a new one. system worked good after that.
