Outlook 2003, Rules (send to mobile) does not work

I am using Outlook 2003 and setup a rule for one of my accounts. It was the
"send an alert to my mobile device when I get a message from someone" option.
I then selected "through the specified account" and selected the actual
account. I then selected (had no choice but to do so) "forward to people or
distribution list".

I tested the rule and it did not send anything to my Verizon mobile account.
The "forward to people.." was myself which I created a Contact with my mobile
device as well. Why would it not work?

I posted in outlook newsgroup and waited over 24hrs with no response. Please
help.

You've asked here three times in three days - but only waited on day
in the more appropriate group.

As I mentioned before, impatience is not well regarded or rewarded in
any of these groups. It may take a few days before you get your
answer.

Go back to the Outlook groups and ask once a day for a few days.
You'll be surprised at the result.

Now go away or I'll be forced to taunt you a second time.
