Outlook 2003 Professional - Help with signatures

We have have three email accounts: two are through an ISP, and one is an
inter-office acount through Exchange Server (2003).

Before adding the Exchange account, the ISP account signatures worked
correctly; but now that the Exchange account has been set up, no matter which
account we send mail through, the default account's (one of the ISP)
signature always appears. The second ISP account's signature is still set
correctly, but the default still appears in new messages.
