Outlook 2003 printer button glitch

If I have a local printer set up and I point to the print button, no
problem.

If I have a network printer selected and I point to the button, Outlook
locks up for about 20 seconds.

Any fix?

Bad connection to the printer?

Have you already recreated the printer on your PC or did a reset on your
Toolbar?

Note that all Toolbar customizations will be lost and the Toolbar will reset
to what it looked like when you first installed Outlook.

To do this locate outcmd.dat and rename it to outcmd.old when Outlook is
closed. By default you can find it here;
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
